Vinessa Shaw
Vinessa Elizabeth Shaw is an American actress and model who has been featured in films since the early 90s. She is most notably recognized for her roles in the 1993 Disney Halloween film Hocus Pocus, the 2006 remake of Wes Craven's horror picture The Hills Have Eyes and the 2008 romance film Two Lovers, starring opposite Joaquin Phoenix and Gwyneth Paltrow. Before her career in film, Shaw began modeling at the age of 15, appearing in magazines such as Vogue and Seventeen. Throughout her career, Shaw has received recognition for her performances, notably being awarded a Young Artist Award for her role in Hocus Pocus, and a Special Jury Prize at the Deauville American Film Festival for her performance in Two Lovers.
